Ingredients:

• 1 cup – red Cabbage (chopped)
• 1 cup – Carrot (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup – bell pepper (chopped)
• 1 cup – Broccoli (chopped to small pieces)
• 1/2 cup – green Onion (chopped)
• 1/4 cup – red Onions (chopped)
• 2 inch piece – Ginger (grated)
• 2 Cloves – Garlic (crushed)
• 1/2 cup – peas
• 1/2 cup – mung Bean sprouts
• 1 cup – Apple ( chopped to pieces)
• 1 cup – Pineapple (chopped to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Raisin
• 1/4 cup – Cashew nuts
• For dressing:
• 1/4 cup – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – Orange juice
• 2 tsp – Honey
• 4 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – soy sauce

Method:

  1. Whisk the ingredients for dressing and keep it aside.
  2. Now, combine all the other ingredients in another bowl.
  3. Toss with the dressing.
  4. Serve immediately or chilled.
