
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1 cup – fresh Cream
• 5 tbsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tsp – instant coffee
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence or extract
• 1- Egg beaten.
Method:
- Mix the sugar, cocoa, coffee and corn flour in a saucepan.
- Add the cream and milk and heat on medium-heat, stirring constantly until boiling.
- Lower the heat and gently mix in the beaten egg.
- Cook for 2 mins, stirring constantly.
- Turn off the heat and add the vanilla and butter.
- Pour into individual moulds and refrigerate till set.
- Garnish with a dollop of cream and a cherry.
