Ingredients:
• Chicken keema – 1 kg
• Onion – 1 kg
• Ginger – 100 g
• Green chillies – 100g
• Pepper – 2 tbsps
• Flour – 1 kg
• Oil – for deep frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add enough water to the flour to make a soft dough.
- Saute chopped onions till it becomes soft, add ginger and green chillies, and stir for few seconds.
- Add the keema and cook for 15-20 mins with salt and pepper.
- Make small balls out of the dough and roll out thin rounds.
- Fill a spoonful of kheema and cover it properly.
- Steam the momos in a greased steamer for 10-15 mins. Serve.
