
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – moong
• 1 – big Potato
• 1 – Cucumber
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Tomato
• 1/4 cup – Green peas
• 1 – Beetroot
• 1 inch Ginger
• 1/2 cup – Pineapple chunks
• Few fresh Mint leaves
• Few Coriander leaves
Method:
- Soak the moong in water for an hour and then boil it till it is soft and done.
- Boil the potato.
- Chop all the above ingredients into small cubes and mix them together.
- Garnish it with mint, coriander and minced ginger.
- Refrigerate it for an hour and eat it chilled.
