Ingredients:

• Mung sprouts – 1 Cup
Green chillies – 2 [finely cut]
• Grated Ginger – 3/4 tsp
• Fresh Coconut – 3 tbsp
Cucumber – 1/2 diced
• Juice of 1 small Lemon
To garnish:
• Fresh Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Mix everything together and garnish with coriander.
