
Ingredients:
• 300 gms – fresh Spinach
• 1 kg – self raising flour
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp – (heaped) instant Yeast
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the spinach, drain very well and chop. Drain again.
- Add the instant yeast to the flour and add salt.
- Add warm water to make dough.
- Add the spinach. Prove for 2 hours. Ball into quarters.
- Place on steaming stew, seal lid tightly.
- Cook 1.5 hours.
- Do not open lid while cooking.
