
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Mulberry
• 1 – apple, diced
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 to 3 pinches – salt
• 500 ml – chilled water
Method:
- Soak mulberry in water, for 20-30 minutes.
- Drain soaked berries and put in an electric blender.
- Add apple and grind to a smooth paste.
- Add all the other ingredients, whisk again till smooth and frothy.
- Strain if desired, but there is no need.
- Serve chilled and frothy.
