Ingredients:

• 250 g – mixture of wheat, rice, corn, besan, and jowar Bajra flour
• 2 tbsp – crushed black pepper
• 6 tbsp – Ghee
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix the flour adding ghee, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Knead the flour with warm water.
  3. Make small balls, roll out into small puris.
  4. Prick it with a fork and then deep fry it.
