Ingredients:
• 1 cup – meat, cooked and chopped finely
• 16 – small mushroom, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 – onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup – mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup – thick Curd (optional – sour cream)
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tbsp – Butter
• 8 – slices of breads, buttered
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Saute mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Add meat, mayonnaise, curd and pepper to mushroom. Mix it well.
- Make 4 parts of the mixture.
- Put on the 4 slices of bread. Layer it with onion slices.
- Cover with remaining slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches diagonally. Serve with tomato sauce and wafers.
