Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Button Mushrooms
• 2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin powder.

Method:

  1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  2. Mix with chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan saute until the mushrooms turn golden brown.
  4. Serve with rice and any curry.
