Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Button Mushrooms
• 2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin powder.
Method:
- Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
- Mix with chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan saute until the mushrooms turn golden brown.
- Serve with rice and any curry.
