Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Rice flour
• 1/2 cup Maida ( flour )
• 3 small Onions
• 1 Egg
• A pinch of salt
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor .
- Keep aside for half an hour .
- Make thin crapes with the batter.
- Spread 2 table spoons of grated coconut over the crape .
- Sprinkle sugar over the coconut to taste .
- Roll tightly and serve hot or cold .
