Ingredients:
• 250 g – Mutton (diced)
• 2 – onion, sliced
• 10 to 15 slices – Coconut
• 2 tsp – – rasam powder ( if you eat very hot 3 tsp will do )
• salt to taste
• 3 tsp – oil
Method:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Fry the onion, coconut slices, salt and add the mutton.
- When mutton is soft, add 2 cups of water.
- Pressure cook until it whistles 5 times.
- Put the rasam powder in the boiled mutton. Cook until it is thick enough for you.
- Serve it with rice and paratha.
