Ingredients:

• 250 g – Mutton (diced)
• 2 – onion, sliced
• 10 to 15 slices – Coconut
• 2 tsp – – rasam powder ( if you eat very hot 3 tsp will do )
• salt to taste
• 3 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Fry the onion, coconut slices, salt and add the mutton.
  3. When mutton is soft, add 2 cups of water.
  4. Pressure cook until it whistles 5 times.
  5. Put the rasam powder in the boiled mutton. Cook until it is thick enough for you.
  6. Serve it with rice and paratha.
