
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Mutton with bone
• 1 cup – thick Coconut Milk
• 1 – Onion
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 4 – Cashew nuts paste
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 4 pod – Garlic
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1/4 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tsp -coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• Curry leaves
• salt to taste
• oil
Method:
- Boil mutton in the cooker for 10 mins, with at least 2 cups of water.
- Grind all the above green masala (ginger, garlic, green chillies, jeera, pepper, coriander powder, coriander leaves).
- Mix this to the boiled mutton, add cashewnut paste, salt to taste and boil this masala with mutton for 5 mins.
- Add coconut milk, keep aside.
- In a kadai pour oil, add sliced onions, curry leaves and pour over the curry.
- Lastly add lemon juice.
- Enjoy with steamed rice.
