Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – mince Meat
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 – medium onion, chopped
• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 1.5 inch piece – Ginger
• a little – flour
• 1/2 tsp – coriander-cumin powder
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Boil mince and onions in water on medium heat till water is absorbed and meat is tender. Remove from fire.
  2. Grind till fairly soft and smooth. Add ginger, spices, salt and grind fro 5-10 mins.
  3. Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Shell the 4 boiled eggs. Coat with flour.
  5. Take some meat paste in your hand and cover each boiled egg completely with paste.
  6. Deep fry kebabs in hot oil or till golden brown. Drain.
  7. Serve whole or cut into halves or quarters.
