
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – mince Meat
• 1 cup – water
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 – medium onion, chopped
• 4 – hard boiled eggs
• 2 – eggs, beaten
• 1.5 inch piece – Ginger
• a little – flour
• 1/2 tsp – coriander-cumin powder
• oil for frying
Method:
- Boil mince and onions in water on medium heat till water is absorbed and meat is tender. Remove from fire.
- Grind till fairly soft and smooth. Add ginger, spices, salt and grind fro 5-10 mins.
- Add beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Shell the 4 boiled eggs. Coat with flour.
- Take some meat paste in your hand and cover each boiled egg completely with paste.
- Deep fry kebabs in hot oil or till golden brown. Drain.
- Serve whole or cut into halves or quarters.
