Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup – Mango (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/2 cup – Jack Fruit (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Sapota (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Apple (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Banana (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Dates (Cut in to pieces)
• 1/4 cup – Cashew
• 1/2 cup – Mixed nuts ( Pista, Almond, etc..)
• 1/4 cup – Raisin
• 1/4 cup – Condensed Milk
• 1/4 cup – Sugar (Adjust to your taste)
Method:
- Soak Cashew for an hour.
- Grind mango, jack fruit and cashew to a fine paste.
- Meanwhile, boil milk along with condensed milk and sugar.
- Once the milk is cooled down, add the ground paste. Add all the cut fruits, nuts and raisin.
- Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
