
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – green gram, soaked overnight
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats soaked for 8 hrs
• 1/4 cup – parboiled Rice soaked overnight
• Salt to taste
• 1inch piece – Ginger
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1/4 – 1/2 tsp – cumin
• Oil or Ghee
Method:
- Grind green gram, parboiled rice and oats to a smooth batter.
- Add in all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Heat a pan till smoky hot, pour a ladle of batter and spread the batter to a thin layer, drizzle some oil around the edges, fry till slightly brown or crisp.
- Serve with chutney.
