
Ingredients:
• Oil for Deep Frying
• For Dough:
• 1 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Maida
• Salt to taste
• Carom seeds – a pinch
• 1 tbsp – for dough
• Water
• For filling:
• 1 cup – finely chopped, Onion
• 3/4 cup – poha, thin
• 1 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – dry Mango powder
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Method:
- Filling preparation:
- Mix all ingredients mentioned.
- For Dough:
- Add all ingredients except water and mix well. Then add water little by little and prepare a stiff dough.
- Now keep it covered and let it rest for half an hour.
- Now make normal chapatti balls and roll into thin chapattis.
- Put it on a hot tawa. Don’t cook it; just heat either sides so that it loses moisture.
- Now cut the chapatti sheet into 3-4 lengthy strips.
- Now add the filling on one end and fold them to form mini triangular samosas.
- Mix a little maida flour mixed with water and prepare glue to stick the end of the samosas prepared.
- Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and Deep Fried these samosas.
