Ingredients:
• 2 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – gram flour
• 1/4 cup – Rice flour
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves -a few
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Slice the onions, add a little salt and keep aside for 5 mins.
- Finely chop the green chillies and add it to the chopped onions
- Add besan flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and curry leaves to the onion and mix well and knead it. Do not add any water.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry small balls of dough.
- Remove excess oil by placing them on a kitchen towel.
- Serve.
