Ingredients:

• 4 – Brown bread slices
• 1/2 cup – Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 2 tbsp – Light fresh Cream
• 1 cup – Mix fruits, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 4 tbsp – Grated Coconut

Method:

  1. In a blender, blend cottage cheese, fresh cream and honey to a fine paste.
  2. In a bowl take finely chopped fruits and mix honey.
  3. Toast the bread slices and spread the fine paste of cottage cheese on the slices.
  4. Now, put the finely chopped fruits on the top of bread slices and garnish with freshly grated coconut and serve.
