Ingredients:
• 4 – Brown bread slices
• 1/2 cup – Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 2 tbsp – Light fresh Cream
• 1 cup – Mix fruits, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 4 tbsp – Grated Coconut
Method:
- In a blender, blend cottage cheese, fresh cream and honey to a fine paste.
- In a bowl take finely chopped fruits and mix honey.
- Toast the bread slices and spread the fine paste of cottage cheese on the slices.
- Now, put the finely chopped fruits on the top of bread slices and garnish with freshly grated coconut and serve.
