Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs
• 2 oz – Butter
• 1 oz – flour
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – grated cheese
• 2 – whole skins of Oranges
• Salad oil
• Pepper and salt to taste
Method:
- Melt butter.
- Add flour to butter and mix until smooth.
- Add milk and cook gently until thick.
- Stir in the grated cheese and salt.
- Separate whites and yolks of eggs
- Beat yolks well and add to the cheese mixture.
- Whip up whites of eggs and fold into the mixture.
- Rub orange shells with salad oil.
- Fill orange shells with the mixture and bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes or until set and brown.
