
Ingredients:
• 2 – Maize soft Corn
• 25 g – green coriander
• 2 – Green chillies
• Lemon juice
• Salt according to taste
• 5 ml – oil
• 1 litre – water (for poaching)
Method:
- Grind corn to rough paste.
- Chop green coriander and green chilli finely and add to the corn paste.
- Add lemon juice, salt and mix well. Grease two maize skin/peels.
- Put the mixture in the greased peels. Wrap in aluminium foil and seal with thread.
- Poach in boiling water till done. Take out from water.
- Unpeel and cut into pieces and serve hot.
