Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Palak
• 3 or 4 – small Onions
• 3 or 4 flakes – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 or 2 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – boiled Tuvar Dhal

Method:

  1. Fry onions, jeera, garlic, green chillies in ghee or oil.
  2. When it softens, add chopped palak.
  3. Cook till palak becomes soft.
  4. Cool this and grind in mixie.
  5. Add tuvar dal to the ground palak and cook for 2-3 mins.
  6. Serve with rice.
