Ingredients:
• 1 bunch – Palak
• 3 or 4 – small Onions
• 3 or 4 flakes – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 or 2 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – boiled Tuvar Dhal
Method:
- Fry onions, jeera, garlic, green chillies in ghee or oil.
- When it softens, add chopped palak.
- Cook till palak becomes soft.
- Cool this and grind in mixie.
- Add tuvar dal to the ground palak and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Serve with rice.
