Ingredients:

• 1 – Bunch finally chopped Spinach
• 1 inch Ginger paste
• 4 to 5 pieces of Garlic paste
• 2 to 3 Green chillies paste.
• 1 chopped Onion
• 1 cup Moong Dal (Yellow)

Method:

  1. Soak moong daal for 4 to 5 hours and then grind it.
  2. Mix the chopped Spinach, 1 chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, ground moong dal, green chillies paste, sault.
  3. Give steam to make it dry.
  4. Then cut it into small roll like kabab.
  5. Make deep fry or top fry .
  6. Serve hot it with green chutney or with tomato ketchup.
