Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – Palak
• 1 lemon-sized ball – Tamarind
• 500 g – lamb Meat
• 3 – Onions
• 4 – Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Oil
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Cream

Method:

  1. Boil palak along with onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and tamarind. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  2. Fry lamb meat in a separate cooker in 5 tbsp of oil along with garam masala.
  3. Once it is cooked, add the cooked paste of palak.
  4. Close the lid of the cooker and allow to cook up to one whistle.
