Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Spinach leaves, washed and chopped fine
• 1.5 cup – Crumbled Paneer
• 1 tsp – Black pepper
• 1/2 cup – Coriander, chopped
• 1 – Large onion, chopped
• Oil for roasting
• Warm Water to knead
• 1/4 cup – Yogurt (optional)
• 1 tsp – Salt

Method:

  1. Knead dough using water and yogurt (if using), add in the spinach and keep aside.
  2. Mix coriander, paneer, onion, salt and black pepper all together and keep aside.
  3. Divide the dough into equal balls and flatten with a rolling pin.
  4. Stuff in the paneer mix and flatten again.
  5. Cook on a hot griddle applying a little oil on both sides, till brown spots start appearing.
  6. Serve it hot with chutney or raita.
