Ingredients:
• Paneer – 1 lb
• Spinach – 1 bunch
• Green chillies – 4
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Milk – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Dry Red Chillies – 2
• Oil – 5 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Salt – according to taste
Method:
- Microwave or boil spinach with onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste. Cool and grind it.
- Now take a pan, add oil and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown.
- Drain on a paper towel.
- To the same, add dry red chillies, cumin, mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
- Now, add in the spinach paste, milk and mix well. When it starts to thicken, add in paneer pieces and mix.
- Check the salt and serve hot. Goes well with chapattis, puris and naans.
