Ingredients:

• Paneer – 1 lb
• Spinach – 1 bunch
• Green chillies – 4
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Milk – 1 cup
• Onion – 1
• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Dry Red Chillies – 2
• Oil – 5 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Salt – according to taste

Method:

  1. Microwave or boil spinach with onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste. Cool and grind it.
  2. Now take a pan, add oil and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown.
  3. Drain on a paper towel.
  4. To the same, add dry red chillies, cumin, mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
  5. Now, add in the spinach paste, milk and mix well. When it starts to thicken, add in paneer pieces and mix.
  6. Check the salt and serve hot. Goes well with chapattis, puris and naans.
