
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Paneer cubes
• 1 – Large Onion
• 2 – Ripened Tomatoes
• 1 – Medium sized Capsicum
• 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds for 1 min.
- Add the sliced onions and saute until pink.
- Now add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until brown. Now add the sliced tomatoes.
- Add the spice powders along with salt, keep stirring frequently until the powders mix well.
- Add the sliced capsicums and saute them for about 5 mins.
- Finally add the paneer cubes and cook for a 2-3 mins.
- Remove and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rotis.
