
Ingredients:
• 150 g – Paneer
• 3 tbsp – Capsicum
• 1 – Onion, diced
• 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 – Tomato, diced
• 1/2 tsp – Red chilly powder
• 3/4 tsp – Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Take oil in a pan add jeera.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, onion, capsicum and salt.
- Cook for sometime and then add red chilly, turmeric and coriander powder.
- Cook for 2-3 mins and then add paneer and tomato.
- Cook for 5-7 mins and then add lime juice
- Paneer jalfrezi is ready, serve it hot.
