Ingredients:
• 200 g – low cal Paneer
• 200 g – channa, soaked overnight
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 – large Onions chopped
• 2 – large Tomatoes
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – roasted cumin powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once they crackle, add the onions to it and saute.
- Now, add the ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Continue sauteeing.
- Add the channa and saute well. Then add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
- Add all the remaining spices and cook on low heat.
- When almost done, add the low calorie paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
- Once done, serve with roti.
