
Ingredients:
• 200 gms – Paneer
• 150 gms – cheese (grated)
• 100 gms. – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 10 gms – whole Wheat flour (atta)
• 5 gms – ginger, cut finely in pieces
• 5 gms – garlic, cut finely
• 5 gms – green Coriander leaves
• 2 gms – ajwain
• Butter for serving
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Mix the potatoes, cheese and paneer and keep aside.
- Then add flour and all the other ingredients.
- Now take the paneer mixture and wrap it over in seekh sticks and cook in a tandoor for 10 mins.
- When the paneer mixture turns golden brown, then remove from the tandoor and put butter and serve with dhania-pudina ki chutney.
