Ingredients:

• Dosa batter – 4 cups
• Paneer – 200 g
• Onion – 100 g
• Tomato – 1
• Green chilli – 4
• Coriander leaves – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the paneer.
  2. Finely chop the onions, coriander, green chillies and tomato.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the green chillies and onion for 2 mins.
  5. Add the tomato pieces, salt and saute for a minute.
  6. Add the grated paneer and turn off the flame.
  7. Gently stir the masala and add coriander leaves.
  8. Place a tawa on the flame and grease it with oil.
  9. Prepare a thin dosa with the batter.
  10. Place a scoop of the paneer masala at the centre of the dosa.
  11. When the dosa is ready, fold it and remove from the flame.
  12. Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
