
Ingredients:
• Basmati Rice – 1 cup
• Paneer – 100 g
• Onion – 2 medium, chopped
• Capsicum – 1, chopped
• Celery – 2 tbsp, chopped
• Cabbage – 1/2 cup, chopped
• Ajinomoto – a pinch (optional)
• Pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• Spring onion – 1/2 bunch, chopped
• Salt – to taste
Method:
- Soak rice for 1/2 an hour.
- Add salt and cook it. Keep it aside.
- In a wok, add butter, saute the onion, till soft.
- Add all the vegetables, one by one, stirring, for a few seconds.
- Add paneer and saute, for about 10 to 20 seconds.
- Then add rice.
- Fry it, add ajinomoto, pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Serve hot with a spicy side dish.
