Ingredients:
• 1.5 inch (200 g) – diced Paneer
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – malt vinegar/lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 3/4 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and add jeera.
- When it crackles, add ginger and garlic paste and saute.
- Add diced onion and diced capsicum, toss for a minute.
- Add dry masalas and toss.
- Add diced paneer, chopped coriander and malt vinegar or lemon juice.
- Cook for 1 to 2 mins.
- Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 2 mins.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
