Ingredients:
• 300 to 400 g – Paneer
• 2 to 3 tbsp – ground Garlic
• 1 tsp – ground Ginger
• 2 to 3 – chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – red chilly powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 2 bunch – kotmir (coriander leaves), ground
• pinch – tandoori colour
• 4 to 5 tbsp – plain flour/maida
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grate the paneer.
- Add the next 7 ingredients to the grated paneer.
- Add to boiled and grated potatoes (optional – help to increase the quantity).
- Heat oil for frying.
- Deep-fry the mix.
- If the kababs are breaking while frying, add more maida to the mixture.
