Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp oil
• 1/2 kg paneer, cubed
• Grind into paste:
• 1 cup chopped Coriander leaves
• 2-3 green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• Rock Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder

Method:

  1. Marinate the paneer cubes with the masala for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil and fry paneer till it is golden brown.
  3. Serve hot.
