
Ingredients:
• 200g – Paneer
• 2 – Onions
• 1 large Capsicum
• 10 button Mushrooms
• 10 cherry Tomatoes
• 2 Green chillies
• 1 inch Ginger
• 5 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tsp- oil
• 1/2 tsp – chilli flakes
• 1 tsp – Honey
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – chat masala
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Lemon
Method:
- Cut paneer into one inch cubes.
- Cut onion into one inch size pieces. Deseed and cut capsicum into 1 inch size pieces.
- Clean mushroom.
- Chop green chillies and grind together with ginger and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix honey, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, garam masala and chat masala.
- Marinate paneer, mushrooms, tomatoes, capsicum and onion in this mixture for one hour.
- Skewer these marinated pieces and grill for 15 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C.
