Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Paneer/cottage cheese (grated)
• 3 – Potatoes, medium-sized (parboiled)
• 1/2 cup – Onions (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Green chillies
• 3/4 cup – Cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Peel the potatoes and grate coarsely or slice them.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and keep aside.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan and saute the onions until pink.
- Add the green chillies, cheese, paneer and cook on a low fire for 1 minute.
- Now spread the potatoes on the mixture in the pan.
- Cook until crisp and brown.
- Cut along the edges with a knife.
- Remove the pan from fire and invert it on a plate in one piece.
- Now cut into wedges and serve hot.
