Ingredients:
• 250 gm – Paneer
• 2 – Onions (Sliced)
• 1 – Capsicum (Sliced)
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/2 cup – Fresh Cream or fresh lightly beaten malai
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt to taste and Red Chilli powder.
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add onions and capsicum. Cook for two minutes.
- Then add tomato puree, fresh cream, salt, garam masala and red chilli powder.
- Cook for one minute.
- Cut paneer into cubes and add to the masala. Mix well.
- You can add half a tsp of sugar if you want sweet and sour taste. Cook again for two minutes.
- Serve hot.
