
Ingredients:
• 200 gms – paneer, cubed
• 2 bunches methi, leaves plucked
• 2 tsp – coriander-cumin powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
• 1.5 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Oil as needed
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry paneer pieces till golden.
- Put in water for 10 mins. Drain. Reserve.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil from the remaining and add methi leaves. Fry well.
- Add all spices, sugar, paneer and salt.
- Stir and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot.
