
Ingredients:
• 6- fried papad
• 1 cup – finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 Cup – finely chopped Tomato
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Cucumber
• 1 tbsp – boiled Corn kennels (optional)
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and arrange them on the papad and serve.
- You can also enhance the taste with some sauce or chutney spread over the vegetables.
