Ingredients:

• 250 g – chopped ripe Papaya
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – rose water
• 500ml – water

Method:

  1. Grind the chopped papaya, using water, in the mixer.
  2. Add rose water and sugar. Then grind again
  3. Pour into a glass and add crushed ice
  4. Enjoy this healthy drink.
