Ingredients:
• 250 g – chopped ripe Papaya
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – rose water
• 500ml – water
Method:
- Grind the chopped papaya, using water, in the mixer.
- Add rose water and sugar. Then grind again
- Pour into a glass and add crushed ice
- Enjoy this healthy drink.
