Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cubed Papaya
• 3/4 cup – Milk
• 1 tbsp – Sugar (adjust according to the sweetness of Papaya and to your taste)
• 1 tsp – Elaichi powder
Method:
- Add little milk and the cubed papaya in a blender/mixer and blend to a very smooth paste.
- Then add sugar and remaining milk and blend until smooth.
- Add elaichi powder, give a stir and serve chilled.
