Ingredients:

• 1 cup – macaroni, boiled (boiled measure 1 cup).
• 1 capsicum, finely chopped.
• 2 carrots, chopped into 1 sticks.
• 1 Onion thinly sliced.
• 10-12 French beans chopped into 1 pieces.
• 1 Potato peeled, chopped into 1 sticks.
• 1 tsp – coriander.
• 1 tbsp – grated cheese or paneer.
• 1 tsp- white vinegar.
• 1/2 tsp- sugar, powdered.
• 1 small green chilli.
• 1 small flake garlic, peeled.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Boil carrot, potato, beans together till tender.
  2. Pour cold water over them to cool immediately.
  3. Drain out all the water. Keep aside.
  4. Crush garlic and chilli finely under a stone.
  5. Take macaroni in a large bowl, add ginger-garlic.
  6. Add all other ingredients except coriander and cheese.
  7. Toss well till veggies and seasoning are well-blended.
  8. Garnish with cheese and coriander.
  9. Chill well before serving.
