Ingredients:
• 300 g – white chocolate
• 70 ml – thickened Cream
• 500 g – Cream cheese
• 140 g – caster Sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp – salt
• vanilla essence
• For the base:
• 1 packet chocolate biscuits, crumbed
• 150 g – melted Butter
Method:
- Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream.
- Soften the cream cheese, then beat together with the sugar.
- Add the eggs slowly, scraping down regularly.
- When the mixture is clear and smooth and the sugar dissolved, add the chocolate mixture.
- Prepare the base by mixing together the crumbs and the butter.
- Press into the base of a spring form.
- Pour the prepared cheese mixture into the base.
- Place a bowl of water in the oven to create a steam bath.
- Bake in the following order:
- 50 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- 130 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
- 120 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
- For the topping, use melted chocolate sandwich spread.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
