Ingredients:

• 300 g – white chocolate
• 70 ml – thickened Cream
• 500 g – Cream cheese
• 140 g – caster Sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp – salt
• vanilla essence
• For the base:
• 1 packet chocolate biscuits, crumbed
• 150 g – melted Butter

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate and mix with the cream.
  2. Soften the cream cheese, then beat together with the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs slowly, scraping down regularly.
  4. When the mixture is clear and smooth and the sugar dissolved, add the chocolate mixture.
  5. Prepare the base by mixing together the crumbs and the butter.
  6. Press into the base of a spring form.
  7. Pour the prepared cheese mixture into the base.
  8. Place a bowl of water in the oven to create a steam bath.
  9. Bake in the following order:
  10. 50 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  11. 130 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
  12. 120 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
  13. For the topping, use melted chocolate sandwich spread.
  14. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
