Ingredients:
• Oil – 4 tsp
• Onion, chopped – 60 gms
• Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Tomato puree – 100 gms
• Carrot, chopped – 50 gms
• French beans, chopped – 50 gms
• Cauliflower, chopped – 50 gms
• Potato, chopped – 40 gms
• Pav bhaji masala – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 50 gms
• Lemon juice – 2 tsp
• Chopped Coriander leaves – 2 tsp
• Filo sheet, cut into 10 pieces and baked at 170 degrees until crisp – 1
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another minute.
- Add the tomato puree and fry well.
- Add all the vegetables and pav bhaji masala and simmer till vegetables are soft.
- Mash well as veggies cook further.
- Finish with butter, lemon juice and coriander.
- Serve pav bhaji with pavs or bun.
