
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – long beans.
• 1/2 tsp – mustard seeds.
• 2 – dry Red Chillies broken in half.
• 2 tbsp – oil salt to taste.
• Grind to a paste:
• 3/4 cup – fresh Coconut grated.
• 1/2 tsp – cumin seeds.
• 3 flakes – garlic.
• 2 – green chillies.
• 2 to 3 pinches – Turmeric powder.
Method:
- Cut beans into very tiny pieces.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and chillies.
- Add beans and salt to it.
- Pour some water just enough to cook the beans.
- Cover the pan and let the beans cook.
- Add the ground paste to it.
- Simmer again, stirring gently, till all water is evaporated.
- Serve hot with rice, chapatti, etc.
