
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – peas, cooked.
• 1/2 cup – carrots, cut into pieces.
• 1/2 cup – sweet corn, boiled.
• 1 cup – milk.
• Salt to taste.
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder.
• A pinch sugar.
• 1 tsp – butter.
• 1 tbsp – Cream (optional).
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce.
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
- Boil the peas and carrots till soft. Blend in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
- Mix all ingredients except corn and strain.
- Now add corn and bring to boil, adjust consistency and seasoning.
- Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
