Ingredients:

• Peanuts – 100 gm.
• Besan – 50 gm.
• Rice flour – 20 gm.
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Salt – a pinch.
• oil – to fry.
• Water – required to make batter.

Method:

  1. Roast peanuts and peel off the skin.
  2. Prepare a batter of gram, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and water.
  3. Add roasted peanut and mix well.
  4. Heat oil, drop peanuts in to the hot oil a few at a time and fry till crisp.
